The Reformer offers versatile training.
Equipped with springs and a sliding carriage, it can be used for resistance training.
The tension of the springs can also assist with stretching.
The sliding carriage challenges our stability, making it beloved and challenging for many.

Duo Private Class offers a highly private space.

Whether it's a one-on-one or a duet class, you will have exclusive use of the entire studio; no one else will be in the studio at the same time.
